We're based in Denmark (CET/CEST timezone) and typically respond during European business hours. That said, we check messages throughout the day — including evenings and weekends for urgent issues. Agency plan customers receive priority around the clock.

We're happy to help you get started. Email us and we'll walk you through setup, branding, and inviting your first client. Agency plan customers also get a dedicated onboarding call to make sure everything is configured perfectly.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings — no hoops to jump through. If you're on an AppSumo lifetime deal, refunds are handled through AppSumo within their 60-day refund window. Either way, you can always export all your data before leaving.
