Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. No credit card is required to start the trial, and your data stays safe. If you decide not to continue, you can export everything with one click.
Our 99.99% uptime SLA applies to Pro and Business plans. If we fall below this threshold in any calendar month, you receive service credits automatically — no need to file a claim. This covers all core services including file access, portal availability, and API endpoints.
Custom domains are available on Pro and Business plans. You can point your own domain (e.g., portal.yourbrand.com) to your ClientVault portal. SSL certificates are provisioned automatically. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.
Yes. One payment, lifetime access to all Pro features with no recurring charges. As we add new Pro-tier features, you'll get those too. The only exception is if we introduce an entirely new tier above Pro — those features would be separate. But everything in Pro today and in the future is yours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
